Commercial Description:
Bam is an extra special dog. After surviving being struck by a car, he daily somehow manages to avoid being carried away by the largish birds of prey gliding overhead, riding unseen thermals. Bam's tenacity seems only to be surpassed by his oversized personality. Join us in this celebration of his excess. More malt, more hops, same vivacious personality.

Bottle. Pours a deep dark amber with a huge foamy light tan head that leaves massive creamy lacing. Aroma is a rich sweet citrus, spicy and grassy. Very dry flavor with a hopppy finish. Tart and sour upfront with hints of clove and coriander. Foamy full palate.

Pours a hazy deep caramel with a wild yeast funk nose and flavor in the front palate. Mid to finish it goes kind of weird and undescribable. A bit creamy on the palate.

Batch #288/289: This poured a hazy caramel in color with a tall fluffy light khaki. The nose was nice and gave off lots of spice along with tart citrus and a touch of herb. Unfortunately this took a turn in the mouth as it was very blah. It was acidic but also lacking almost all flavor. What was there was earthy and funky with an odd and not so enjoyable odd (soapy? fishtank?) flavor. Definitely not my thing.

Smell and looks alright, its too funky in a bad way for me. The malts are too tangy and the rest of the flavor feels soapish. not one for the casual drinker.

The aroma is funky and wild with tartness and sweetness. There is malt, hops, and wood. The appearance is amber with an ever foamy head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is thin. Overall I don’t like this one very much.

Copper pour with orangy hues. Fizzy tan head and decent lace. Funky acidic, & hoppy aroma which is very unique especially for the style. Oak, earthy flavors up front. Finishes bitter and dry with notable hint of hops, and brown sugar; or maybe caramelized sugar
