| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | May 14, 2008 On Cask pours a dark amber color with a thick creamy white head. The head laces the glass throughout. Has a nice aroma that indicates some sour notes and mostly malt. I kept smelling this as I drank it. Has a subtle sour note upfront, then moves on to a malt base of a beer, and has a mixture of subtle sour and malt flavors on the finish. Overall on cask this is a very creamy, very smooth, very tasty brew. If you can try this on cask I highly recommend! Beershine (2754), Traipsing Around, China
