3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 julian (30) - Seattle, Washington, USA - DEC 19, 2012Pours a cloudy medium copper color with an insanely huge frothy white head. Aroma is a typical JP brett profile: funky, barnyard, musty with some mild spicy floral hop bitterness. Taste is on the hoppier side for sure, bretty, mild funk, clean crispy finish with a slight lingering leafy hoppiness. Overall, this is a solid hoppy brett ale, not overly complex, with a sessionable ABV. Nice one.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Ferris (499) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - MAY 23, 2013
Bottle - Citrus lemon/lime, tropical fruit and some funky yeast. Effervescent with a foamy (bottle almost blew up) white head and cloudy orange. Lemon and lime in the flavor as well, with a nice bitterness and very dry. Grassy and some spicy hops that play nicely with the other flavors. A nice flavorful patio beer.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Naka (684) - Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 2, 2013
Pours a dark reddish amber. Sort of chunky. Has a thick light tan head that laced nicely. Aroma is a slight grainy funk, but not nearly what I expected. Flavor is a bit caramel sweet, but is balanced well with a peppery bitterness. Slight funk and caramel fruit. Body is light, but holds up with a tight carbonation. Finishes bitter and dry.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 dbarnold (1073) - Bethesda, Maryland, USA - FEB 13, 2013
I feel like I liked the beer more than this rating, but it’s valid. It’s got a really effervescent carbonation and a dry farmhouse finish, but really not a ton of character it terms of taste. Almost like a saison that needs a little more punch.
