Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, elderflower, yeast and floral. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium bitter with a long malty, nutty and floral finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap at Jolly Pumpkin, Ann Arbor. It’s a clear, dark golden beer with a small off-white head. There’s lots of peaches, mango and generic fruityness in the aroma, some grass and resin hints. It’s super soft on the palate, with a low carbonation level, medium to full body. Tropical fruits and some bitterness in the mouth, not much maltyness going on. Fruity finish. A bit weak all the way, but nice indeed. 150614

Tap: Yellow-ish body with some amber-orange tints. Unfiltered looking, super hazy with a lasting white cream perched on top. Aroma surrounded by piney hops; leafy, herbal, with a good dose of citrus peel in the periphery. Light notes of clove-y spice & typical Belgian yeast esters. Pretty standard for a Belgian IPA. Don’t get sorghum, tapioca, agave, or chestnut... Or anything out of the ordinary, really. Flavor drinks like more like a pale ale. Very low bitterness. Notes of leaves, pines, & white pepper are there, but more so in flavor, not necessarily in IBU levels. I get a mild toasted nuttiness, I guess from the chestnuts. Slightly sweet honey coated bready & spicy yeast finish with a little bit of herbal pine. Lofty mouth feel.

Draft. Pours a clear golden color. Aroma and taste are light fruits and a hoppy bitter finish.

Tap at Jolly Pumpkin. Clear gold pour with a small head that leaves webbing after fading. Aromas are pineapple, banana, bubblegum, honey, and sweetened cereal. Taste is a nice blend of Belgian yeast and tropical fruit. Nice honey sweetness in the finish. Solid Belgian IPA.

Clear golden color with white foam. Nice ganja smoke, herbal, earthy, spicy hop aromas. medium body, average carbonation. Dusty pale malt base brew with flora, spice rack flavors---drying finish----good.

Sweet fruity start, heavy sugary finish middle, dry finish and nutty. Finish a little too dry and comes on too quickly.

At the Jolly Pumpkin Cafe & Brewery. Aromatic hops stand out, flavour is a balanced hop bitter and typical Jolly Pumpkin funky yeasts. Noticeably dry.

Clear yellow, no head. A weird nose...somewhere between medicinal and chemical. Sort of a soapy flavor on an otherwise clean palate. Not a fan.
