Mar 14, 2009 Nice dark honey body with a thick frothy, lingering head. Distinct Jolly Pumpkin tart nose. Very nice tart taste with a hint of sour apple. Nice mouthfeel with a good tart finish that sticks. Well rounded but relies on the Jolly Pumpkin tart. Definitely check out.

Mar 8, 2009 Bottle at 3 små rum Gothenborg. Hazy red colour, witha flat head. Aroma is sour, fruity, citrus,yeasty. flavor had a citruc,/sour mixed mouth feeling. complex and a bit strange mix this one, and innterestning.Thin to medium body, and medium fruity/sour/citrus mixed finish.

Mar 7, 2009 Orange pour with brown tint. Lots of bubbles and a thick light tan head. Metallic funk aroma. Lots of earth and grass with hints of fruit and grape. Bitter funky flavor with a bit of sourness. Fruity notes. Very yeasty. A bit overcarbonated.

Mar 1, 2009 Red in color, I smelled it instantly. Reminds me of Rodenbach Grand Cru with the musky aroma and sour flavor. More of a gentle sour than anything, all of the flavor is real subtle. Had no idea it was 7%, the alcohol is hidden very well. Very nice.

Feb 28, 2009 Carmelly appearance, looks delicious if that’s possible. Has a nice funky aroma, not too overpowering with some hints of the barrel and kindof musty. Balanced sourness, some sort of lingering bitterness, can’t really tell if it’s from the hops. Not a fan of the style, but pretty tasty

Feb 25, 2009 Body is ruby color with only a little bit of off white head around the outside of the glass. Aroma is fully of cherries, wood, and vinegar. Very carbonated feeling on the front end, but the bubbles are quickly dissipating. The flavor is pretty sour with a bit of a red wine vinegar taste, then has a little metallic chalky finish.

Feb 16, 2009 Amber chestnut hazy color, medium off white head with lots of lacing. Notes of earthy, and malty, some wood, and fruity base notes. Not bad but a bit disappointing. I think I could craft this blend with the dregs of any tasting.
