Taste was extremely earthy. Taste is of dark fruit soaked in booze. Notes of oak, malt, and pine. Lingering oakiness. Warming booze feel. Creamy and sticky mouthfeel. Love the aroma, very woody, lightly acidic, hint of funky cheese, varnish, and some tart fruits, maybe cherries. Flavor is sooo mild, very drinkable and sooo good. Second, This stuff is epic. I really dont know how to describe it. Its sweet, yet sour, and dry, yet drinkable. It smells like a good chardonay, and with all that going on its perfectly balanced. I can honestly say Ive never had anything quite like this. Cheers, and thanks to my dad and sister for picking out a perfect christmas time brew. Cheers!
