Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a thin orange head. The aroma is sweet hoppy with strong notes of fruits - especially peaches and oranges - reminds me of a fruit punch, but also with light notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet alcoholic combined with notes of mango and peaches, as well as light woody notes, leading to a dry end. The alcohol leaves a slight burn in the mouth.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Hazy, amber golden with a creamy, off-white head. Distinct oak aroma. Medium body, lightly caramelish and spicy. Extremely dry with loads of vanilla and oak. Some medicinal notes. Unusual but interesting. Courtesy of madsberg. 120207

Bottled. Slightly hazy amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is caramel malts, some sour wood, mild tart berries, toffee and some alcohol. Flavour is sour wood, tart berries, mild fruits, alcohol as well as some mild herbal notes. Also rather big wooden notes as it warms up.

Bottled. Hazy amber, brief head. Complex aroma of cheese and raspberries. Tart, yet buttery. Medium sweet with soft mouthfeel and some whiskey-ish oak barrel character. Notes of vinegar, berries and grass. Complicated, ultracomplex and superbly excellent. This beer is so fun!!

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy orange color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity woody vanilla aroma with hints of caramel. Sweetish fruity malty woody vanilla flavor. Has a sweetish malty woody finish with some weak hints of vanilla in the aftertaste.

Hazy amber - brown beer. Crisp and dry palate. Immediately tart and sour but the oaking holds the sharp edges in check. Finishes dry and medicinally sour with a touch of wood. Four someone who struggles with sours - this was pretty drinkable.

35,5cl bottle from Olbutikken, Copenhagen. Pours a unclear golden with a bubbly white head. Aroma is strong and promising. The nose is full of oak, vanilla, alcohol and some acetone tartness. Vinous and sweet. Smooth mouthfeel. Taste is vanilla, oak and red wine again with a slight sour and refreshing note . Nice.
