Bottle. Appearance is completely black with a thin white head. Good lacing. Aroma is roasted malt, sour fruit, toast, coffee. Flavor is sour up front but balanced by roasted malt flavor, toast, and some hop bitterness. Medium to full body. Low carbonation. Very complex, interesting.

and again: thank you very much for the generosity of the bartender of Sörmanufaktúra/Sörspecialista! His gesture is very much appreciated :-) deep dark brown, almost black colour, moderate sized beige head;aroma of sour fruits, roasted coffee, earthy notes and hints of alcohol; taste of intensive sourness with roasted coffee notes; like a mixture of a cup of coffee and a geuze with the dominance of the latter one...interesting

Pours a dark brown with a thin beige head. Has an aroma of sour berries, chocolate, and some roast. Flavor is also sour fruit and some bitterness. Pretty good, though I’m still getting a taste for sour beers.

Dark red brown pour tan head. Aroma of cola, leather, acid, wood, dark caramel. Tastes apple cider vinegar, coco, lactic. Creamy in a way unlike the creaminess usually found in stouts.

Sour aroma. Dark with small light brown cap. Sour, lambic sourness, but with nice, balanced sourness with stouty notes. Good stout for hot weather.

Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks zvikar. Bottled 15/1/13. Black with big light brown head. Funky aroma with roast, oak, fruitiness and a bit of vinegar. Sourish flavor, roasty, funky, with some coffee, a light smoky hint and a dry finish. Lively carbonation.

Bottle from Willy thanks man! Dark black stout looking pour with lots of mocha coloured looking head. Aroma, hmmm, sour funk, roasted malts and some light sweetness. Taste, medium mouthfeel, sour black wine gums, a bit of roasted malts, with a souring coffee like finish. I must say this is a really interesting beer, Isome stout, more sour, but overall really well blended. Yum.
