One of the new 375 bottles. Pours quite hazy golden yellow, medium white head, creamy dissipating slowly with nice lacing. Aroma is extremely light, nearly undetectable. A bit of oak, funk and pepper if you work really hard at it. Flavor, on the other hand, is light sweet, lightly funky, a bit of bitterness, some oak, a bit of herbs and pepper, fruity yeast esters. Smooth, clean and refreshing. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. No sign of the 8% in here until later. I really like this beer, would score higher if it had a smell :P, and I would like it even more if the ABV were lower.

Fra flaske, Luksus at Tørst, NYC. Uklar gylden-gul med et boblende, hvidt skumhovede. Funky, sprød næse. Hvedebrød, træ, citrus, vegetale noter. Supermatch til rokkevinge og kålrabi.

Pours hazy blond with a lasting, fine white head. Aroma of funk, overripe mango and pineapple, more funk, fruit skins, preserved lemon. Taste is dry and crisp up front, lots of ripe tropical fruit, some funk, tart finish with slight clean bitterness. Wow.

750ml bottle. Cloudy, yellowish golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity, floral, spicy, yeasty aroma, notes of Hubba Bubba bubblegum. Taste is moderately tart, fruity, biscuit malty basis with a touch of sugar powder, marzipan, some lemon, lemon zest, dry hints of oak, a peppery spicy yeasty touch; lasting dry and tart finish.

Bee scrolling past this shelfie for years now, time to give it a shot. 750ml bottle, $13.99. Poured carefully as not to disturb the sediment,so it was a pretty clear gold color with a nice puffy white head. Aromas of oak, citrus, funk and pepper. Taste is very dry with some bitter notes. Flavors of wood, crotch, peppercorns, Belgian yeast phenols, citrus. Finishes pretty dry and lightly tart. Very nice.

Bottle into a Leffe glass. Golden, carbonated and has a light white, bubbly head. Zesty wild yeast aroma, farmyard. Fresh, lightly sour, plenty of body. tangy. Having a hard time describing it but its very nice! Unfortunately due to the bottle size, unless you have a large than UK pint glass to pour into the second instalment is cloudy due to the yeast. However it doesn’t detract from the taste.
