Un peu comme une bière aigre. L’arôme est très belle avec du levure, chêne, et un peu de fruits. Le goût n’est pas du tout comme l’arôme. Un peu de chêne, un peu aigre, et une finition d’une amertume moyenne.

Overall a decent beer, the mouth feel is a little off in the finish. Tried in draft at flying saucer in San ant

375 mL bottle. Pours a pale straw gold, nice fluffy white head with good retention and okay lacing. Nose is fruity, big and barnyard funky, like George Clinton in a Stetson, some hay, Brett, spice, chardonnay, white pepper and earthy goodness. Mouth is dry pleasantly tart, lemon zest, oaky, long lingering bitter undertones, some vanilla pokes it head in near the finish. Very nice.

On tap at Vinsetta Gararge. Pours bright cloudy yellow. Flavor is tart yet malty. Sweet and some citrus notes. Not bitter but still crisp. Very interesting well crafted beer.

Hazy golden orange colored pour. Big creamy white head. Little bit of lacing. Big funky aroma. Lemon and lacto. Taste is lacto up front with a nice sour malt in back. Tart and refreshing.

HAH, pretty funny for a 99. On tap at the magic tree. Oddly sweet aroma. Slight haze on a pale beer. This taste is very nice initially. Fun easy tartish beer fer sure. Better tasting than the smell. Has a slighter bitter medicine feel to it as the session continues. Could be a little more well behaved.

Bottle, smell of sour funk, appearance is cloudy gold with thick white head. Taste is sour wild yeast and slight brett with a little sweetness. Excellent summer beer

This is quite the beer. Great balance of bretta with some light citrus. Light sour finish, but mostly kind of tart. Pours blonde with good head and lacing. Ingredients are subtle but excellently tendered. Tap at Churchkey.
