750ml brown bottle. Hazy gold pour with haze. Small white cap. Tangy nose with sharp citrus and wild notes. Taste is citrusy, tangy and sour, notes of grain. Finishes with citrus notes, quite oaky, wild notes. Medium body and carbonation. Nice wood aged brew with moderate sour notes, enjoyable.

Flaske fra batch 463 på Cardinaltreff mai-13: aroma av brett og litt humle. En fin sommerdrikk men med en besk syrlighet på tross av lagringen på eikefat har gitt den litt sødme og a touch of vanilla. Artig etikett, men allikevel ingen stor skattekiste for meg.

Not a favorite. Too tart. No head. Kind of a wheat beer, but without the weight. Meh. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Black Bottle Brewery. Gold and hazy with a white head. Tart, sour, light fruity aroma with wild yeast. Similar flavor, tangy with spices, pepper and light floral hops. Light body with a soft creamy feel. Hides the ABV well. Very nice.

UPDATED: MAY 6, 2013 On tap at pizza plant. Pours a straw yellow with a thin white head. Smells a bit tart with some spices. Taste is tart, apple juice, some spices - not in a pumpkin beer way though. Some woodiness in the background also. Thin mouth feel, nice overall.

Refrigerated 12 oz. bottle poured into tulip. Pours slightly hazy golden with medium fluffy white head head. Small bubble lacing, medium body, and medium carbonation. Aroma is tart and fruity. Taste is complex tart, oak, and some spice. Typical Jolly Pumpkin flavors, but I like this one quite a bit.

Draught in a taster. Pours a clear dark gold color with a moderate white head. This was very strong - glad I didn’t have a full pour. Nose was extremely gold and fruity. Taste was a tad sour, but a nice crispness that cut through everything. Very intriguing beer.
