Had from bottle from Total Wine. Pours a hazy golden color with exceptional carbonation leading to a frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, with fruits and a slight tartness with nice undertones of spices. Taste reveals the spiciness a bit more. Pepper, oak, and citrus dominate the palate. Finishes dry, bubbly, crisp, exceptional!

Light cloudy blonde color. Creamy white head that faded very quick. Apple aroma. Taste is super mild. Nice and sour. Thin mouth. Very clean and refreshing. This is a very well done light ale.

Pours a slightly cloudy golden straw colourwith a white head that quickly thins off. The smell has light tart apple, sour lemon zing, some oaky rotundity, little bit of breadiness, some good funky almost dampness. The taste has lots of light fruits that are very tart, crab apple, white cranberry, light spice, some funk that works with the slight doughy malt to off set its mouth drying tartness. A little bit of woodiness, also helps to oomph up the taste. Had this right after The Abyss so it feels much lighter (duh), but its light-medium with quite a bit of carbonation. Finish is mouth drying tartness, but not too dry.

Botte. Rich, fruity aroma with oak and some sourness. Yellow beer - gusher. House flavour, oak, vanilla. The beer base disappears beneath the oak.

Clear golden w next to no head, no lacing looks flat... Prior bottles of this I’ve had have been gushers so I’m cool w this... Lively tart lemony funk woody finish kinda dry... Brettty aroma lemon biscuit wood... Spicy up front then subdued by the wood and Brett... Nice beer, I’ve def had better from JP...

Reviewed from notes (2007). A: Pale yellow with a cloudy/slushy/glazed look.. really neat. The huge, ever lasting white head is perfect. S: A sour, almost cider like aroma of apple, banana, and berry like notes are strong. The wild yeast used also bring a nice balancing scent to offset the fruitiness. T: The fruits certainly come through.. citrus, and fresh apple are most noted while the oak barrel leaves it mark with a soft oakiness, and the coriander and vanilla make the malt base notable. M: Soft on the palate with a refeshing and delicate taste left after each sip O: Simply lovely, 8% of goodness...

Draft gold yellow color. Very strong sour and the taste grew on Me after a few sips. Unique but good and would have again.
