Spice, a touch of hops and some sourness as well. The oak comes through just a bit. Very saison like.. and very easy to drink. Dezzilu (166), Versailles, France Jul 17, 2008 A truly fantastic looking beer in the glass with the milky white beer on top of a golden swirl of murky deliciousness. Lemon undertones in the aroma that came through in spades on the tongue washing down in a pleasantly refreshing way. Although this beer was a little bit pricey ($7+ for the litre), it is a wicked summer session beer that would NO DOUBT be awesome off the tap. The only downfall keeping it out of the 4 range was that it was a little bit simple, or one dimensional. I had just finished exercising before I poured this baby, and WOW it hit me like a sledghammer completely satifying all needs.
