Thanks so much to James for sharing this one! 750ml bottle - Pours a cloudy orangish amber color with a thin white head. Smells of oak, dry sharp funk, and orange rind rot. Also a bit of old crayon. Taste is a long wave of dry brett and oaky fruited malt with a drying finish. Lots of light orange and tangerine in the mid-palate with strong oak at the end. Nearly bone dry, but it seems to have held up well!

pours a chestnut brown with so e red hues and a thinner off white head. The nose has a creamy lactic acid note up front, some bright fruits, red grapes, light Brett. The flavor is very lactic and creamy, light vanilla notes with some minty Brett presence. Very sweet, light to medium body, creamy with an assertive carbonation.

dark amber, translucent, larger bubbled thin white ring after dissipation. Nose is peach, tangerine, oak sweetness, much more sweet than deviation, bit minty, candy-like. Flavor is husky, oak, bit medicinal, minty and lemon menthol across mid-finish, end is bitter, bit peachy, rooty, lots of creamy lactic finish, almost ice cream sweetness. Oddly candy yet minty experience throughout, contrasting though controlled.
