White head, quick to disappear. Sour aroma, not too sharp sour aroma. Copper colored and a little murky. Tart sour right up front that carries through with a little bit of malt body. Overall an excellent beer.

Shared this bottle at a local tasting, thanks to rayl101 for sending this a while back ago! Pours a cloudy light brown with a thin head, the aroma is pretty funky with some fruit and oak, the flavor has a nice cherry fruit touch with some light sourness, not overpowering by any means, light mouthfeel, I really dug this stuff.

Bottle   Blend 4 - bottled 5-8-2012:   Amberish, a bit hazy, moderate frothy head, sandy, nice lacing.   Soft tart nose, pale woodiness, a touch of cherry.   All of this is fairly subtle.   Soft and subtle on the tongue.   Similar to the nose.   Yeah, soft example, one that may be a good starter for someone into the style.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Slightly dry finish.   Good stuff, thought it would be a bit more brutish, but as is (subtle), its still tasty.

(Blend 1, bottled 04-26-2012)Hazy dull honey brown complete with a noisy short lived crown. Sour drool inducing aroma, so much tropical fruit, mostly pineapple, papaya, malts are leathery. This style normally doesn’t do it for me but either this is really good or sours are growing on me. Sour fruity tropical punch I tell you. Light body with sour punch....... drinks easy. Flavour is light it seems mostly just a tasteless sour but if you pay attention you hit leathers, pineapple, tropical everything. The dryness reminds of hibiscus flowers. This is good the end.

Bomber. Hazy orange with an off white head that thins out. Malty lychee, tart cherries, acedic, malty and sour, some lemon zest. Moderate carbonation and body, fruit and malt, sour and an odd aftertaste. I don’t know what it was but this combination of flavours just didn’t do it for me and I actually drain poured the rest of my glass after trying a few times to drink more.

Light amber coloured and hazy. Has a white head, lasting. Acieid aroma, berries, light bread. Acidic flavot too. Dry texture and heavy carbonated.

Huge thanks to GT2 for saving a bottle of this for me! Clear amber pour. Nose and flavor bring outrageously delightful tangerine, earthy brett, vinous barrel red wine style tartness, cheesecloth. Very tart on the tongue. Tons of fruit character mixing with a complex sour profile. Outstanding.
