May 12, 2009 Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiver29. Hazy pale yellow with a lively off-white head that quickly dissipates. Thin body, quite watery actually, dry and vaguely tart with a massive carbonation and a hint of sulphur. Finishes rather dry. Nothing much happening here really. 010509

May 2, 2009 From bottle, Papsoes blindtasting #11. Pours slight cloudy yellow with a small and white head. Crisp wheaty and light yeasty. Crisp citric and light bitter hoppy flavoured. Distinct peachy fruity. Citric and crisp bitter flavoured and mild lasting yeasty flavoured finish. Dry brett and whitewine finish.

Unclear medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is fruity, grape, light to moderate hoppy, citrus notes, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet to light light heavy and light citrus acidic with a long duration, and a dry finish. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20090501]

Aug 22, 2008 Very pale yellow. Some pedio, wood and a lot of wheat on the nose. Tart, slightly fizzy, very wheaty and lightly lemony. Interesting beer, doesn’t entirely come together but it’s okay.
