On gravity at the Old Tavern, Bristol 23/2/08. Dark amber with a lacy white head. Dry malt and fruit aroma. Flavour of biscuit malt with a long, bitter finish. A lot happening for a sub 4% ABV beer. Enjoyable.

Cask conditioned, gravity dispense at St Albans BF ’06. Brown with a tight white head. Toasty, chocolatey aroma. Lots of toasty, roasty malt in the taste, with some fruit & subtle spicy hops. Nicely balanced finish.

Cask gravity at the Barnstaple Beer Festival, 19/08/2006. A dark ruby colour with an average head. A malty aroma with a hint of yeast. Taste has strong roasted malts and blackberries. A malty finish with moderate bitterness. Pretty good.
