Cask (handpump) at Great British Beer Festival, day 4 on 5 August 2011. Golden and grassy. Slightly lemony on the nose, more herbaceous feel on the palate. Finishes quite dry. Respectable enough but there wasn’t too much to grab the attention or distinguish it from a lot of similar beers at the festival.

Cask at the GBBF. Golden with a small white head. Grainy and grassy aroma with a touch of citrus. Dry and malty flavour with a grassy touch. A bit thin in the finish

I will admit to getting viegar in small quantities, where others (ChrisO and Anna) merely got lemony citrus hops. Light grains and apple retronasals, and again, I get malt vinegar hints. Finish is much better - good light grains and a bitter tingle. Saved itself.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.
Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, pale malt, light hoppy, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110802]

Cask at GBBF 2011, Wednesday. Clear golden/amber - white head. Herbal, tea, toasted, knækbrød, orange, nice hoppy, light chocolate notes.

Cask@GBBF2011. Deep golden/amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, caramel, some mild hops and also rather earthy notes. Flavour is fruits, wood, some mild nectar and mild juicy notes as well. Quite bitter finish.

Cask @ GBBF, 2011. Pours clear golden with no head. A bit of peach and grain. Floral with a whiff of diacetyl. Medium bodied.

From cask. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is herbal, grassy and light butterish. Bitter, almost citric and dry. Light malt base. Citric and bitter dry finish.
