COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Jollydale founder Simon Dale uses classic varieties of age old bitter sweet cyder apples from Shropshire orchards to create this distinctive full bodied craft cyder. High quality apples are traditionally pressed and naturally fermented to produce this crisp clean tasting cyder originating from the Old Mill Woodnewton.

Bottle. Golden with light carbonation. Aromas are stewed apple with woody notes and caramel. Yeasty with peppery alcohol. Flavours are sweet apple with earthy, woody aspects. Quite bitter and dry on the finish.

Bottle purchased at the Tobie Norris, Stamford, Lincolnshire. Gold. Sweet, musty aroma. Initially the taste is sweet and fruity, but the finish is sharp and dry. Quite good.
