2.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle from a gift pack. Hazy yellow amber colour, white head. Aroma of spices, citrus, some yeast and coriander. Flavour is sweet, citrus, wheat and unusual spices/herbs. At first it tastes like a witbier, but after a few sips the unusual herb flavours come out and becomes cloying. Definitely something else, but not too good.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
300 ml bottle. From the Netherlands.
Pale yellow/golden colour with small white head. Aroma of citrus (lemon/orange), caramel, vanilla and spices. Flavour is quite one dimensional and disappointment. Watery. Citrus and some caramel sweetness, vanilla and some spices. Not very good example of Belgian Witbier.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottled 30cl. Ordered from www.bierzwerg.de. Lactic pale yellow with a nice head. Heavy on the spices, especially on the nutmeg. Absolutely nutmeg and bog myrtle dominated. Marmite and paté sneaking in. Dissapointing.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Very light yellow, slightly hazy beer with small white head. Taste and aroma are not impressive, it´s rather tastless. Bit refreshing, as a witbier should be, but there are a lot more tastier witbiers. Low body, carbo is nice.

2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bright peach with floating specks of yeast. Jagged, large-bubbled ring of foam with some rocks in the center. Very soft bouquet of tangy rosemary, wax, rosehips, perfumey esters, and pink peppercorns. Notably mushy and unrefined. Feathery carbonation with loose fluff. First sip yield soft tangy herbs and crushed coriander. Sparse candied malt presence paired with moderate cantaloupe flavors and lime leaf acidity. Unripe nectarine tartness counteracts the juicy herbs while further lessening the body and deterring the muted malt sweetness. Slight herbal astringency in the finish with traces of spicy pepper, rose petals, tangy herbs, and slightly musty yeast. Bland aftertaste of mineral and tart melon. Very boring, overall, with an extremely lifeless body, overstated acidity, and dull herb elements. I’ll take the Koyt over this, any day.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottled at The London/Joet Gathering Chez Chris_O. A copper coloured beer with a hint of orange and no head. The aroma is full of elderflower and lychee. The taste is over-sweet and syrupy. Very very floral and a bit unpleasantly odd really.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
I really wasnt digging this. A murky yellowish brown appearance similar to pond water. The aroma was ginger root, unknown spice rack stuff, and lemons. The flavors were really funked out like chili powder? vinegar, honey, and I dunno some herbal tea. This was weird as hell. Pass
