Dark amber, almost clear, small beige head. Sweet candy hop aroma. Nice hop bitterness combined with a buttery sweet candy taste, makes it both weird and interesting. As most jopen beers it’s different than you expect. I like this one :-)

D I A C E T Y L all over it. Front, back, bottom, sides, aroma, taste. Thickest slice of butter I’ve ever found in a beer.
Tried different bottles, all had the same problem. Surprisingly bitter from what I can say though.

Bottle from Bierkonig. Pours clear dar golden with a small creamy light tanned head. Aroma of resiny hops. Taste is moderate bitter hops,with a sold sweet malty body underneath. Harsh bitter end, ligering.

Gedronken bij joes, kleur is geel en helder. Ruikt en smaakt bitter en fris, hoppig, munt. Verder niet veel smaak.

33cl bottle shared by Joes. Slightly unclear orange color, small white to off-white head. Smell is off: a bit sweaty, some alcohol. Taste old hops, lightly fruity hints, slightly mint, light to moderately bitter. Medium carbo, a bit low bodied. Probably past it’s prime, since the best before date said July 5th 2012.

Bottle thx to joes. Just slightly hazy orange with a small white head. Smells a bit old. Might not be that fresh. Tastes a bit buttery, menure.. Guess the beer isn’t fresh or just not a beer i like.

33 cL bottle at Arendsnest. Pours hazy orange with a huge creamy and white head. Aroma is fruity, dense spiced hoppy and light phenolic. Sweet malty, crisp grapefruity hoppy. Bitter and light citrusy. Light herbal into a dry and bitter finish.
