Pours out of the bottle in a deep black colour with low creamy head and smooth body. Aroma of vanilla and malt. Taste of intense malt, torf, dark berries, ripe pears, vanilla and caramel. Dry and light watery finish. Nice one but nothing spectacular.

Very intense nose with coffee and pear. Dry aftertaste mixed up with heavy fruits and coffee. Interesting one and hitting my tongue even if this one is a stout. To recommend. Definitely.

33 cl bottle enjoyed at the seahouse. Pours black with a fingerthick light brown head that leaves excellent lacing. Initial dark fruits transform into coffee, vanilla and wood on the nose. Burnt raisin, coffee and a pleasant roasted bitterrness that lasts in the mouth. It drinks medium bodied and well carbonated with a dry tongue at the end. A tad thin but very drinkable.

Bottle sampled at Classic City Brew Fest 2014. Pours a translucent brownish black with thick beige head. Aroma is dark chocolate, toasted malt, hints of coffee and soy. Taste follows, less on the chocolate, more of the roast. Creamy mouth and easy to drink, I’d definitely look for this again.

Lettdrikkelig stout.

Shared 300 ml bottle at local tasting, from Voldby Købmandsgaard. BB date 9.Nov 13. ABV is 5.5%. Black colour, tan head. Malty aroma, notes of molasses, only mild roasty notes with hints of mild coffee, chocolate and dark dried fruits. The flavour is not very sweet, and here the roasty notes of coffee are more distinct. Some hops in the finish. A quite decent stout.

From bottle. Uncapping releases a pronounced dark chocolate aroma followed by expresso and dark roasted grains. Some burnt toast here too, but minimal burnt grains in the flavor. Rcih flavor with near full body and near medium carbonation. Lingering flavor of dark roasted grains, coffee and a hint of dark chocolate.
