On tap at Arendsnest in Amsterdam. Pours a black body with an inch thick, very dense and creamy, dark tan head that dissipates slowly and leaves lots of heavy lacing. Aroma is creamy, bitter dark chocolate and roasts with a slight earthiness, a bit of a milky sweetness, and a touch of cherry. Flavor is similar. Bitter dark chocolates with a slight milky sweetness and a nice roast throughout. Finishes moderately bitter and dry with a good amount of earth and roasts, but smooth and creamy with a nice dark cocoa. Lengthy aftertaste following a smooth, medium body and a soft, somewhat creamy, moderate carbonation. Overall, a really solid dry stout. Creamy and roasty with a firm bitterness as well as a great bitter dark cocoa. Big fan of this one.

Coffee color, low carbonation. Head is generous, creamy and long lasting. Vanishes leaving a good compact, slightly lumpy, film. Aroma is mild and ellegant. remembers of licorice and vanilla. Mild body, low carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel. Strong dry finish. Taste is mild, maybe bitterer than the usual in a stout.

Znakomity wytrawny Stout, przypomina w kazdym calu irlandzkiego Guinnessa. Piana wielka, czapowata i utrzymuje sie do konca picia. Kolor Czarny, prawie nie przepuszczajacy mocnego swiatla. Smak i zapach czekoladowy, troche kawy. W smaku to juz istny deser gozkiej czekolady. Finisz bardzo wytrawny i goryczka jest zaznaczona na dlugi czas.

Somewhat unrefined, but great looking dark-brown and easy drinking basic stout with a burnt malt bitterness and a IBU to match. Low ABV and sugar/caramel: dry and light. Interested to learn this used to be brewed by the B-local Gulden Draak brewery Van Steenberghe.

Medium to dark brown with a tan, frothy, lacy, lasting, sticky head. Strong smell of malt with a sweet chocolate and caramel with a roast that adds a bitter malt element. Medium thin body with a nice soft carbonation. Tastes of sweet caramel and bitter dark chocolate, coffee, smokey roasted malt with a dry bitter finish. A nice solid stout that though a bit thin was nice to drink and has a nice smooth roast. Nice stout.

0,33l bottle from Sörspecialista, Budapest. Clear, deep, dark ruby color with big, keramy, lightbrown head. Smooth, silky, light and a bit watery. It has toast, malt and a little hop aroma. Some coffee also appears. Dry taste, perectly fits to the style. Light body, slick texture, average carbonation. Dry, intensive malty finish. Very smooth and delicious beer. Light and dry, but has intensive roasted malt flavours.

330 ml bottle.
Pours a black colour with a slightly off-white head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee and biscuit. Flavour of roasted malts, surprisingly strong bitterness, grass, biscuit and coffee. Unfortunately some off-flavours. Light bodied, slick mouthfeel and high carbonation. Good.
