Tap @ week van het Nederlands bier. Hazy orange pour, thin white head. Aroma is banana, wheat, citrus and fruits. Flavor is refreshing wheat beer, fruity and well balanced with a decent body. Nice.

@ Ermelo beerfest.Hazy golden colored brew. Aroma is strange, vomit. Something wrong? Flavor is ok, sweet, wheat, banana.

Interesting Hefeweizen with some of the nice bitterness of traditional Jopen and one of the best in it’s category’s in the Netherlands, but not as aromatic as it’s German brothers since this one is relatively watery. I would have expected something with more Aroma and Palate from Jopen.

Tap at Jopenkerk, Haarlem: Hazy yellow coloured brew with the traditional hints of banana and thirstquenching abbilities.

After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and even of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a thick blond color and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a banana touch . This beer smells to fruity.

Pale clouded yellow color. Low carbonation almost no head. Tastes like your average whitebeer. Bit sour and yeasy. Nothing special.

Tasted on there first promotionday in Haarlem, 12/9/2010. German styled Hefe weizen. Color is good, nice foam as well. Smell is far away but vanilla and banana. Flavor is watery, not thick and malty like the german beers.
The flavor is not lasting at all. What’s the difference with water? Just the looks of it.
