Thuis gedronken vanuit de fles. Donkere koperige kleur met een witte kop. Lekker makkelijk weg te drinken bier, met lichte hop smaak.

Pours a clear dark amber, almost mahogany, with a thick and fairly persistent buff head. Aroma has firm rye and hoppy components, rather tempting. Flavor echoes the rye and hops of the aroma, only stronger, and adds a bit of apple to the mix. Texture is smooth and fizzy, leaving a nice rye finish.

Clear copper with small head. Spices, fresh baked dark bread, lots of citrusy hops and light tropical fruit. Light sweet with hoppy bitterness. Medium body and carbonation. Pretty interesting stuff.

InPivoVeritas (256) - Bydgoszcz, POLAND - JAN 28, 2014
Bottle. Pours copper with haze. Small, white, good lasting head. Aroma of resin, caramel with a hint of citrus fruits and intensive rye notes (earthy, like soil after the rain). Resiny hop character and earthy notes dominate the taste with some caramel in the background. Moderate, nice bitterness. A bit oily on the palate. Not bad, though i expected something more interesting. Good pale ale with rye character.

Bottiglia 33cl bevuta a casa. Rossa con schiuma fine e persistente. Corpo medio, beverina e decisamente amara. Buona!

peponi (404) - POLAND - DEC 27, 2013
Aroma: resin, pine, characteristic rye notes. Appearance: amber hazy color, nice lasting head. Taste: earthy, medium bitterness (resin and pine), spicy, quite dry. Beer is not balanced. Palate: medium body and high carbonation, long bitter finish. Overall: That’s what I expected. Nice IPA with intensive rye notes. The only one disadvantage is that Jacobus is not well-balanced.

Pours a cloudy brown/copper with a off-white head. Aroma of malt, fruits, herbs, hops and rye. Some pine and pepper. This is somewhat IPA-ish, but the rye is very noticeable. Nice brew, enjoyed it a lot.
