Ruby brown colour, thin creamy head. Aromas of leather and red or black berries, almost like cassis. Tastes fruity, again berries, sweet and hoppy. Medium finish. Nice.

Bottle at PP bottle shop. Hey, cool, a gruit! Dark amber brown color. Very malty. Lots of melanoidins. I don’t really notice any spices. Smells good. Easy to drink. Very interesting.

Bottled (from Cracked Kettle). Deep rubyish brown colour, small brownish bubbly head. Aroma is juniper, licorice, caramel and some mild notes of alcohol. Flavour is licorice, spices, caramel, fruits, malts and some cool wooden and herbal notes which stay in the throat. Very nicely balanced thing.
