Pours a golden color with a white head. Really cheesy nose to this. A bit of pale malt, some sweet bread, and a bit of floral hops, maybe a hint of citrus peel. There’s a light toasted quality to the flavor. Some sweet bread, definitely cheese, floral hops, and mild citrus peel bitterness.

Ungstrup (29170) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - OCT 1, 2012
Draft. An amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of spices, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, spices, hops, and hay, leading to a bitter finish.

Nice light hazy looks, soapy head. Aroma is based in tropical fruit, fresh yeast and dough. Quite mellow though. Some citrus to go with it. Great smooth mouth feel. Medium bitter; still accessible. Classy brew. (At Botermarkt Bierfestival Haarlem)
