Aroma of caramel, Belgian yeast. Dark brown colour with white head. Taste is too sweet for me with punch of alcohol at the beginning (after that is not disturbing), some citrus and spice notes are also here, but caramel sweetness dominates. Overall not bad, but not really good.

(bottle 0.3l) Trade with Countbeer, thanks. Brown, hazy colour. Small, beige, fast falling head. Soft lacing. Full body, oily texture, low to moderate carboation. Aroma: Strong malty, caramel, soft to medium strong hoppy, tropical fruits, citrus, soft spicy, medium strong alcohol, solvent. Taste: Strong malty, Medium sweet, caramel, slightly hoppy, medium strong, fruity bitterness, medium strong, warming alcohol. Decent but nothing impresive.

Brown / Double color with modest head. A: fruity, hint of Ipa, burnt malts, chocolate, boozy lacing, real butter. T: creamy, oily. Starts with a strong caramel, chocolate sensation, hint of burnt malts. Development (long!) has a hint of dried Chinese mushroom, fruits (faint pineapple hint), and a slowly growing alcoholic sensation. Creamy and oily all the way through. Fruitiness is nicely balanced and subdued, and gives a nice touch to the very hearty and robust taste. Aftertaste is a bit dry and sticky.
