330 ml. bottle @ Bierspeciaalcafe De Paas. Post-Borefts 2015. Day 1. BBF 06/2015. Nuts. Ingredients contain corn. Orange with a HUGE collapsing white head. Nose is a bit metallic with big sweet sugar and corn, candy. Taste is weirdly sweet, big sweet flowers, herbs, sugar, corn, hay,… Oddly sweet but also light to drink. Not entirely my thing but interesting and drank easily enough.

Bottle. Pours an unclear straw yellow beer with a massive white head on top that stays for a long time. Aroma is rather hoppy, I can pick up some herbal hoppy notes alongside some slight citric notes. Flavor is very light, subtle and medium bitter. Lots of grain action going on here. I can see this going well with food, really cleanses the palate and is low in alchohol. Cool stuff, cool style!

33cl, Appearance: clear yellow-pale, with a big rocky snow white. The head leaves a nice amount of lacing. Aroma: Light malts, grass, light floral notes Taste: Light malts, grass & grain . Below moderate sweet and light bitter, in the finish the floral tones and yeast with a higher bitterness. thin body, average carbonation. Simply a light beer which can pass wel with most foods. Traditional or not. :-)

Very cloudy in the bottle. Cloudy, citron yellow color with some sediment in the glas. Clear white foamy head that grows fast when pouring (watch out!). Fair combination of fresh and musty smell. Sparkling bitter taste that gives you a feeling on the tongue. Somewhat sour after-taste that really becomes annoying after a while.

33cl bottle @ home from Bert’s Bierhuis, Utrecht. Body is clear yellow-pale, later hazy orange, small yeast particles. Head is very big, rocky, snow white, mostly lasting, fair lacing. Nose is malty, Aroma is honey, malt, light hops, cereal. Taste is medium sweet, light to medium bitter, slightly acidic. Finish is average bitter-sweet, later longer lasting hoppy bitter. Light body, thin texture, fizzy carbonation. Very simple, boring, easy refreshing beer.
