Bottle @ home. Hazy pale yellow color, average sized white head that leaves fair lacing. Aroma is lightly malty and quite grainy. Taste malts, again quite grainy, decently bitter, a slight hint of herbs or spices. Average body and carbonation.

Bottle. Pale blonde, hazy. Subtle peach aroma. Malty, even a bit salty flavor with hints of pear. Soft herbal notes. Citrus. Some hopbitterness towards the finish. Nice subtle ale.

(As Jopen Light Dinner Ale) Bottle 330 ml at home, poured into a tulip glass, ABV 4.6% Bright golden colour on a slightly hazy body. Tall but frothy white head, with low retention, leaving spots of lacing around the glass. Aroma is lightly malty, some faint english hops, faint grains too. Taste reminds me of a saison, light citrus, grains, english style hops, some yeast. Medium thin body, lively strong carbonation. Nicely dry on the palate. Itís not bad actually, but it lacks a certain balance.

Bottle: Served in a Chouffe glass: Big white head. Hazy yellow body. Aromas of glue, grains, lemon, hops, lemon candy, some herbs and a hijt of fruity malts. Flavour is bitter, herbal, hoppy, some fruits, grapefruit and some peach, some yeast, light malty, good bitter and some grassy wood. Aftertaste is a mix of bitters, herbs, some hops, some fruits and light grassy tint. Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied and a light dry light creamy texture. Decent beer. Starts a bit meh finishes a bit better...

Aroma: bit of hopy citrus, some yeast, pleasant, not too strong. Apperance: hazy pale, very light. Taste: A bit sour, some bitter from the hops, nice balance. Palate: light and fizzy, with surprisingly long lasting aftertaste. Overall: Very pleasant summer beer, refreshing and drinkable.

Bottle from ABC Beers, Den Haag. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is zesty citrus yeast. The flavour is light bitter with a light acid citrus hop palate. Light bodied with average carbonation. A fine summer beer.

A light dinner ale indeed. Thin body, with a taste of bitter and dry hops, has a slight brett like tardiness. Just decent.

33cl Bottle from Melgers. As Light Dinner Ale. Hazy pale yellow colour, white head. Aroma of red apples, wort, tiny hint of citrus, oat, like a light kuitbier. Flavour is medium-sweet, malty, bread, wort, grain, oat, citrus, apples, leaves, light-bitter finish, some melon. Light-bodied. OK, but not great.
