Small yellow head over pale yellow-golden beer. Coriander, DMS/cooked vegetable dominate the nose. Coriander, spices and citrus relieve the taste, but remaining generally dull-yeasty - maybe the oats rearranging the picture? Despite the disappointing nose, the beer comes over as satisfying in the end.

Thick white head. Clear, golden color. A thick floral nose with a tart and citrusy flavor at the end. Medium body. Tried with Jess in Haarlem at the Jopenkerk.

Tap at Cafe Studio, Haarlem: Hazy orange coloured Tripel brew with an American appearance, its got a mainly grapefruit taste.

On tap at 4th Noord-Hollands Bierfestival, Februari 2010, brewed for the 25th anniversary of Café Studio in Haarlem. Slightly hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of American hops, grapefruit, light spicy, malty. Flavour is grapefruit, malts, fruity, ligth spicy, good citrussy hoppy bitter finish. Medium bodied. Good hoppy tripel.
