Draught at Zinema, Lausanne. Hazy yellow coloured with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma of caramel, yeast and spices. Sweet and fruity flavour of caramel with notes of liquorice, spices and hops. Spicy and hoppy finish. Light watery.

draught at the 2nd Biergarten, Granges-près-Marnand - hazy dark blond colour with a little foam left; the nose is slightly grainy and shows some fruity, citrusy hoppiness; medium-bodied, gently bitter and with a subtle carbonation; the finish is quite light and gently fruity with more lingering corny notes - balanced, fresh and pleasant
