COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A gluten free pale that has citrus notes and is light bodied. You will find no sorghum in this beer, but rather organic rices, nectars, and north american hops.

UPDATED: NOV 7, 2012 12 ounce can. Pours a clear fizzy golden color. A ripe apple nose. A rich apple and citrus flavor, sour at times, glue, just ok. A bit odd as most gluten free brews tend to be.

Can: † Very pale straw, clear, thin sudsy white head, little lacing. † Faint champagne yeastie like nose, touch of candied citrus peel... just a touch. † Tastes like a Pale Ale Mimosa, Champagne with a light Pale Ale. † Citrus is very minor. † Given its Gluten free its not too bad, and better than most. † Body and mouthfeel are moderate. † Very little bitterness on the exit. † Seems to mainly be this Champagne like water, with a squeeze of orange juice in it. † Not an IPA would have again, but for Gluten free I at least didnt pour it out.   Lingering sweet lemon and lime.   A bit odd...

man...hard to find accurate info on this one. advertised as an ipa at the store, but it says 5% on the bottle, more an APA abv. Fox Tail on RB and BA are for an 8.1% IIPA, which this is definitely not. So, went with what the brewers website says. All said and done, itís not bad at all for what it is, and ok overal. kinda weird tasting to tell you the truth. soapy, perfumy hops in the aroma and flavor. i donít know if itís the lack of malt, or if this is sorachi ace hops. feel is light and tingly, which kinda works for the style. looks light hazy yellow. probably the 2nd best gluten-free Iíve had, not that that is saying much, and also the 2nd best JJ beer, which says even less...but still"

12oz can picked up at the state store
Appearance: Pours clear straw yellow with a fast fading white head and some lacing
Aroma: Citrus, oranges and tangerines
Taste: Citrus, fruity, lemon and herbal
Unique is the best way to describe this. I like it, very refreshing but has a bitter/herbal aftertaste that takes away from the rest of the beer.

Bottle share w/ Travlr. Light gold with a small head. Sort of pissy lemon, little else. Taste isnít agreeable. Green apple. Pretty lightweight. Strange rice flavor. Light body, soft carb. Not good.

Can. Had no idea this was so high in ABV when tasting. So pale not even yellow. No head. Faint scent of sugar. †Apple juice with a couple drops of vinegar.

OMG! Aroma in a gluten-free beer! This has a nice fresh hop aroma. Almost no color. This is quite strainy. A nice dry finish, that is really better than the body of the beer. Certainly No.1 or 2 in gluten-free beers Iíve had, but...donít think Iíd buy it again.

My wife thought this was terrible, but I found it drinkable and one of the best Gluten-free beers Iíve had to date. Not much aroma. Appearance is very thin and clear. The flavor is dry and crisp like a pilsener.

The aroma has hops and grains with a slight yeast quality. The appearance is straw gold with a small head. The taste is like the aroma. The palate is thin. Overall drinkable for the gluten free crowd.

Aroma is citrus, vegetables and an odd note in the malts probably due to the sorghum. The flavor is citrus, vegetables/celery/spices, malts and a mild bitterness in the finish.

Can. Pours fizzy yellow amber with a small white head that dissipates almost immediately with minimal lacing and large bubbles rising from the bottom. Aroma of corn syrup and pine hops. Flavor is medium sweet, honey or corn syrup, with spruce, pine, and a bit of spiciness. Light bitter finish. Medium body and fizzy in the mouth, sweetish aftertaste.
