3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Can. Pours hazy gold with an off white head. Herbal and floral hops, lighter fruity notes, and a lightly sweet malty base. Just a touch of harsh bitterness in the finish. Nice enough.

Clear orange beer, creamy off-white irregular head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, pineapple, resinous, piny. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very bitter, hoppy, resinous, citrus, bit metallic, pineapple. Aftertaste: hoppy, resinous, some alcohol, pineapple, bit sourish, very bitter, caramel malts. Donít understand how this can score so low?

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Thanks to sebletitje! 355 ml. can split by 4. Hazy orange, small white head. Nose is bitter orange, pine resin rather malty with some marmalade. Taste is milky yeast, bread, bitter pine resin, some sugary sweetness, marmalade, bitter dry finish with chewy malt body & a bit too much yeast. Quite nice & decent. A bit surprised by the very low score on here. Nothing special but quite satisfactory all the same.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
12oz can pours clear copper with tall tan head of foam. The aroma offers up resiny hops, pine hops and thin hints of thick sweet maltiness off in the background. The taste begins with a hit of booze and resiny bitter pine hops before it moves into more hop flavor and still firm hop bitterness with grapefruit and lemon peel notes. Behind all of the hops is a bit of sweet malts that create nice base for this big somewhat boozy resiny bitter beer. All in all this is pretty darn good for the style.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle to snifter (thanks dudeabide). Looks good; a hazy burnt-orange with sticky white lacing. Smells hoppy and somewhat funky. Tastes like it smells, but better. Mouthfeel is good, but somewhat bretty. Good, but an atraditional DIPA.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle..conditioned? Certainly plenty of gunk swirling around in the bottle (mine is 9.3%). Sloppy bronze pour with no head and the condition of fruit juice. Oh dear. Sweet, soggy confectionery aroma; purple Allsorts, orange Smarties, fudge, banoffee and honey. Sounds good, but inappropriately sickly and hopless. Orange Smartie flavour, soggy with peach, cheesecake base and soap. At least the alcohol gets buried by sweetness. Drinkable, with no off notes but totally lacking condition and hop character. Easily the poorest US IPA Iíve ever had.

2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Can. Pours with a hazy, deeper orange hued body with a massive, just off-white head with decent lace. Aromas show a huge crystal like malt presence. Malt dominates with a moderate floral, pine and citrus zest hop aroma component. Sweet iced tea aromas, insect repellant, marmalade, over ripe fruits and deep caramel aromas. Flavors are extremely sweet with a medium to strong bitter, some citrus pith, pine, hoppy, herbal grapefruit and noticeable warmth in the finish. Slightly sharp. Medium to full carbonation, medium bodied and boozy. Way too loaded with dextrins for me.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
12-oz can. Pours a hazy medium amber with a dense and creamy tan head that takes off as soon as it touches the moustache. Very mild apricot nose mixed with caramel. Creamy medium body with modest carb. Caramel and apricot mid palate, along with a bit of nitrogenous funk. Not a welcome addition. Mild finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Canned. Poured hazy medium orange with a creamy, well-retained beige head. The aroma picked up orange and other, somewhat dank citrus fruits over some biscuity malts.. not big, but quite enjoyable. The flavor found grapefruit meat, sweet caramel, and biscuity notes at the core.. bitter orange peel and black pepper around.. finished citrusy and bitter, with a nice warm kick. Medium-bodied and a tad grainy on the palate.. balance was good.. this was better than expected, and Iíll have another.
