Pour, aroma, head, flavor! It’s what I expect from an IPA. Not the best, but real good!

Bottle from shop on the Strip Vegas - hazy gold with a thick lacy white head. Aroma seems a nice balance of citrus hops and sweet malt. Hoppy bitter flavour well balanced with malts. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, some alcohol warmth. I usually prefer less balanced (more hoppy bitterness), but this is very good.

Hazy golden, with a foamy white head. Citrus and simcoe aroma. Sweet citrus and hot alcohol, simcoe is there but this is a boozy beer. Not really bad and dirt cheap at 3.99 for a 22oz

[ As Joseph James Hop Box Imperial IPA ].
Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, grass, citrus, pine, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and heavy bitter with a long duration, dusty hop finish, almost harsh bitter, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle at Franks house, big thanks to Jason Man Boy, 10/11/14. Hazed orange amber with a decent beige covering. Nose is caramel malt, earthy hop notes, pine, bitter citrics, grapefruit, light spice. Taste comprises caramel malt, boozey notes, sweet licks, candied orange peel, pine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light booze tunes. So so DIPA but no disaster.

Comes off more like an East Coast IPA, than a west coast brew I expected more bitterness, you can definitely taste the malts on this brew. It looks more like a Pale ale than a IPA The aroma or is a little hop forward but not what I expect for a Imperial ale. Reminds me a lot of a local Imperial I PA I drink from Grittty's

Two 12oz cans into a giant tulip. Pours a marmalade orange, butterscotch tan. Head is large, frothy and full. Plenty of lacing, white and nice. Aroma of spiced orange, coriander, and melon, dried fruit also. Taste of orange, hoppy laced fruit, gracious vine picked hops, sweet candied pine resin, and bitter grapefruit. Finish is bitter and hoppy with a dry pine cone slap. Abv is not too obtrusive, holds nicely and rounds this one out. Not impeccable, but a solid imperial.

Can pour. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a patchy inconsistent head. Semi sweet citrus flavors with a hint of grassy hops too. Smooth transition to a decent bitter hop finish. Enjoyed this one. Pretty heavy beer. Good overall.
