2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours classic lager gold with a reasonable soapy white head that settles to a rim and yeasty coat. Aroma is pale malts, corn and biscuits. Taste is toasted malt and hay - and corn-sweet - with a moderate noble hop finish and some bitterness lingering. Pretty drinkable - a few would do. Nothing memorable, but a fairly enjoyable lager. This is what Bud/Miller/Coors should be.

12oz bottle, from my local Trader Joe’s for $1. Best before 02/13/14. Labeled 5%. Clear golden yellow color. Thin white head, with good retention. Decent rows and ridges of lace. Medium body. Kind of crisp but stronger, sharper carbonation. Lightly sticky in the finish. Lightly tart, light sour, bigger bitter taste. Light acidic in the finish. Light lemon, corn flavor. Kind of peppery. Lightly skunky. Sort of biting. Not a great lager.

Flute. Notes of hay and thats about it. Pale clear yellow, some lacing, minimal head. Mainly tastes of hay. Didn’t care how it foams up in your mouth. It will make a good throw down beer.

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Aroma: Caramel and bready malt aromas with hints of yeast.
Appearance: Clear gold with rich tan head.
Taste: Light sweetness straight through.
Palate: Light body, average carbonation, sweet yeasty finish, slick texture
Overall: It’s decent, but too sweet. The yeast is a bit overwhelming.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle around my sisters pool out of a big ol’ plastic cup on the fourth of July. Pours a clear yellow gold with a medium to large sized white head which falls off quickly. Sweet grain and a bit of fruitiness. Medium bodied, a bit sweet and fruity, but not a lot going on. Soft esters and gentle bitterness into the finish. Decent, but not great.

Looks good. Clear gold with white head. Aroma is fresh hay with a background of urine that ruins it. Taste is not as bad but still does nothing for me.

12 oz. bottle from Trader Joe’s, Portsmouth, NH for a price of $1.17. Clear gold color in a lager glass. Highly carbonated. Nose is light caramel malt. Taste is pils malts, lager yeast notes and straw. It has a mineral water flavor in the finish. Not really bad for a plain lager. Pretty hard to beat the price.
