Our Blonde Ale is an German Kolsch-style, fermented at cool temperatures and cold-stored and aged for two months. It is subtle, with a light grainy Pilsner malt aroma and flavor. There is a grainy malt sweetness up front, but it has a crisp finish. It is a lower-alcohol beer, approximately 4.7%, with just enough hop bitterness to keep things balanced.

On tap at the brewery. It pours pale yellow with a white head. The aroma is nice light grainy malt with a touch of lemon peel and earthy noble hops. The flavor is the same. Pretty high bitterness for the style with lots of fresh noble hop character. Lemon peel bitterness in the finish. Nice stuff.
