341 ml bottle from MrManning! Thanks Len!!! Nose is slightly grainy with some caramel malts, sweetness and some pinon pine nuttiness; clear amber with a big straw head; flavor is semisweet caramel with an apple note, but only a tiny bit of bitterness in the finish! Decent ADL; actually #21 by style!

Bottle, bought directly from brewery. I walk past the brewery every day smelling the malts, so I finally got around to tasting some Brick. Dark brown colour, head dissipates quickly. Aroma of caramel. Tastes of malts and caramel, little aftertaste. Average at best; there are better Ontario craft brews.

351 mL bottle. Almost transparent dark orange-brown (not quite amber) with basically no head. Very mild aroma of malt and a little citric hops. Flavour is mild as well; mostly sweet malt and something . . . corn? Sweetish at the finish. Almost no hops. Medium to high carbonation. Not terribly impressive.

Pours a slightly hazy amber w/ a good-size pale tan head. Aroma is sweet, showing caramel & nutty hops. Soft, creamy feel. Flavour is sweet, though somewhat bland, & generally clean, though some mild fusel notes come through in the finish.

Bottle 341ml
Appearance :Some slight haze in this amber is shown, good proper off white top. With time black tea like creamy reminiscent.3+
Nose :Sweet caramel malt at front slightly spicy perhaps even nutty backing. Fairly clan (and plain). Flavour/Palate:
A bit thin with softer slightly creamy texture. Light bitterness well blended in semi sweet caramel tastes. Medium carbonation. Like its aroma clean but fails to deliver exceptional qualities. Decent amber, properly brewed but cant miss it’s washed out character.

Medium copper pour with dirty white head that arrives and leaves quickly. Nothing much to smell but nice to look at. Pretty similar to the Honey Red in appearance and as it turns in taste. Malt is not overpowering yet the caramel is there to douse the sweetness. One upside is the easy flow on the palate, maybe it was the sun & humidity but it flowed down without harm. Timid finish. Maybe my expectations were high.
