Illuminatus (87), Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario, Canada Mar 25, 2008 Updated: Mar 26, 2008 Standard microbrew pilsner. Better than macrobrews, but not by a lot. Nice and fresh, though. (I live in Kitchener, your mileage may vary if you’re out of town.)
Barnabus (28), Niagara, Ontario, Canada Jun 27, 2008 Large, fizzy, rapidly dimishing head with no lacing. A deep sparkling yellow colour. Smells of malt and grass. Medium body with a refreshingly clean feel. Average finish. A very refreshing beer that is a little complex. JaPe (65), Toronto, Ontario, Canada May 17, 2008 Decent slightly sour pilsner. Not too sweet, bitter or watery, kind of a good balance of pilsner flavors. If I was a pilsner guy - I would be excited,. I just don’t think I’m that into this type of beers. cyrenaica (265), Milton, Ontario, Canada May 6, 2008 341ml bottle

I tried this beer on April 30, 2008 after purchasing an assorted 6 pack of Ontario Craft Brews from one of my local LCBO outlets. The beer poured a translucent orange-gold with a thin white rocky head that lasted. The aroma was typically Brick with some malty tones, some yeasty tones, and a little bit of hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied, with some mild carbonation. The flavour was a nice balance of malts and hops, and was very good for a bottom-fermented beer. IrishBoy (2058), Bakersfield, California, USA Apr 4, 2008 12 oz from Harry and the LCBO! Nose of grain and garssy hops;clear lighter yellow with a big white head; flavor of grain, Peppery spiciness, light hops, and light caramel. ILduce (86), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Mar 29, 2008 341ml bottle: Yellow beer under a small head that reduces to a partial covering. Aromas of fruit, honey and grainy malts. Sweet up front with veggies, corn, caramel and grapes superseding the presence of some herbal hops. Medium body, metallic. End’s a little bitter. So-So.
