Aug 7, 2008 Bottle. Pours a yellow colour with a white head. The aroma has notes of oranges, malt, some yeast and herbs. The flavour has some sweetness with notes of sugar candy, oranges, yeast and lemon fudge. You do feel the alcohol = not good. (NB: that I had no possibility to let this beer get cold before I tried it).

Jul 28, 2008 Not bad, not bad. 33cl from peckhams glasgow. An okay aroma, a bit spicy. I’d rather a Duvel any day.

Jul 22, 2008 33cl from the Auchan: This one pours a clear, golden yellow color with a large, frothy white head on it. The aroma is lighter than I expected. There are floral and fruity notes, as well as some spices and breadiness. Most of the aromas are blended and don’t stand out from one another. The taste is OK, but not overly impressive. Like the aroma, subdued flavors that mix together well, but don’t really stand out from one another. It is rather light for something that is 8.5%. Still, I wouldn’t turn another one down.
