Judge Baldwins Scottish Black Lager

Draught. Pours a rubied black with a spare fizzy off-white head, mostly diminishing, spare lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (toasted, caramel, nutty), average hops (grass), average yeast (dough, sweat) with notes of smoke and cola. Medium bodied, thin texture, soft carbonation and a metallic finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity and bitterness; notes of smoke and sour milk.
