Judge Baldwins Wellington Pale Ale

On tap at Judge Baldwins. An almost mead like body with no head. Citrus hop nose with a slightly sour tinge to the sweet hopy body.

Draught. Pours cloudy yellow with no head. Berry and yeast with a malt nose for the aromas. Sour malt flavor with a fragrant floral hop bite. Light bodied and crisp, fizzy as well.

Clear and light golden with a decent white head. Very nice and smooth mouthfeel (much "thicker" than it looks). Big aromas of spicy hops, honey, flowers and herbs. Very curious -- and tasty -- notes of hard sugar candy. Light notes of fruit and pear. Very pleasant beer, with a little uniqueness to it.
