Smells like grape juice, looks like grow juice. Surprisingly, it tastes pretty good blueberries and blackberries are very present and has a really enjoyable sour finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Rate from a bottle, at least a year ago, back when this wasn’t allowed to be rated on RB.. Clear dark red color, bubbly pink head. Medium body, kind of syrupy, light carbonation. Sugary sweet taste. Artifical tasting. Aroma of black berry, light blueberry, all syrupy. Overall, just a sugary sweet artificial fruit alcopop

Bottle. aromas of berries and apple. Head is small, fizzy, lavender, fully lasting and fully diminishing. Color is dark purple. Flavor starts and finishes moderately acidic. Palate is light, watery with a fizzy carbonation. A mostly enjoyable Cider with nice berry overtones.

Draft at beer fest at Paramount Studios on 4/6/2013. Serious backlog addition here. Poured a hazy dark purple soda color, mostly still. Aroma was berry, grape, and light apple notes. Light tartness, with berry and light sweet apple juice. Light tartness. Alcohol pretty well masked.

Bomber from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours dark purple/red with a transient pinkish head. Aroma of dark berries and apples. Med minus body. Flavor is rather tart. Lots of berry. Apple follows later. Tho I am beginning to think the apple supplies the tart. Even tho tart, it reminds me of the olden days drinking glass after glass of boysenberry juice at Knotts Berry Farm.

Cranberry color with neither head nor lace. Berry aromas. Tart to sour taste, mostly blueberry and black cherry. Light body, no carbonation, and a very tart finish.

Berries add a very fruit/grape "juicy" quality to this cider, making it highly drinkable, very refreshing on a hot day. Bluish/purple on pour, sweet fruit nose, taste reminds me of grape juice. Hard to believe there’s alcohol in this....

Bottle @ home. Thanks, Jake. Purple in color without much if a head. Kind of grape soda looking. Somewhat vinous and lactic on the nose. Grapes, berry skin, and Concord grape juice. Taste is a good balance of sweet and sour. Grape juice, tart berry, lemon zest, and a slight buttery blackberry note. Pleasant. Crushable.

> Powerfully lactic sour sangria like green apple cider

[ Bottle ][ Julian Cider Farm ][ 22oz ][ $? ][ Tumbler ][ 3/15/14 ]
>> Pours a clear, deep purple sangria. Weak soda foam. Nose is popsicle, Concord grape. Taste is refreshing box wine, sangria, tart as hell like the normal cider with big green apple, granny Smith tartness. Tannic palate, very dry, hefty lactic sour finish. Good and refreshing. Not sugar or stickiness.

>!< very sour, not much blackberry or blueberry

Nice to have something extra in cider. This is not the kids beer cider is normally relegated to. Pleasant mild dry cider fuzziness to a tart apple blueberry finish. A bit dry on the palate and that is a good thing. A worthy cider. Very drinkable. This is better than a red wine with the evening meal. Not worth adding the blackberries except for the color methinks.
