Cask conditioned handpump Wig & Pen Northampton 01/11/12. A dark golden beer with a white head and lace. This gloopy citrussy and fruity. A long finish. Passion fruit notes in the nose. Sharp hoppiness in the mouth. The malts don’t totally balance and there’s ends up a bruised banana note. Strong boozy and warming but not totally right.
