On cask at the Ely Winter Beer Festival, 2012. Pours a golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma of caramel, yeast and alcohol. Similar flavours with mild carbonation and a dry finish. OK.

Cask, gravity, at Northamptonshire Beer Festival ’09. Slightly hazy copper orange with a small white head. Yeasty hop aroma. Gentle sweet taste, with perhaps a little citrus. Mid bitter finish. Easy drinking bitter.

UPDATED: OCT 23, 2009 Cask conditioned - gravity dispense - Leicester BF. An orange/gold coloured beer with a tiny whitish head. The aroma is fairly hoppy with both orange and pineapple fruity notes. The taste is nice and hoppy also with more fruits particularly pineapple. A bit like an opal fruit in texture. Clean and tasty enough.Score 3.6

Small white head. Hop aroma. Golden coloured and hoppy with some citrus flavour. Slightly dry bitter finish.
