COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Julian Hard Cider recipe originates from 1670 colonial America and is comparable to the finest British ciders. Unlike many “impostor” hard ciders on the market, it is easy to have more than one pint of Julian Hard Cider as we do not use concentrated apple Juice or additives which leave the drinker with a lingering sugary film and after-taste. Why is Julian Hard Cider the choice of true cider lovers? We have only one ingredient… the freshest apples in the world! Our cider is lightly carbonated with tartness, acidity and a clean dry finish, enabling it to stand firmly on its own or compliment your favorite meal. At Julian Hard Cider, we invite EVERYONE to put our hard cider alongside the best in the world, as we painstakingly strive to build our fan base one drinker at a time.

Pale yellow, ring of head, rather flat looking. Nose is quite aged sour apple with a strong woody quality and the flavor follows through on this with consistency. Sour green appple finish.

Aroma: Little apple aroma on the nose. Appearance: Almost clear. A slight tinge of pale yellow. Taste: Very sweet with little apple taste. Very watery. Palate: Very watery. Overall: Would not buy again. Lacking the complexity of craft cider.

Bottle shared by shigadeyo. Pours a clear pale yellow color with a few small soapy bubbles. The aroma and flavor were sweet candy like apples with a splash of pear. Perhaps a faint hint of wood. Pretty thin. Definitely not my thing.

Wittales (646) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - NOV 11, 2012
Appearance was clear light gold with streaming bubbles, no head or lacing. Aromas are simple sweet tarty apple, hints of spices with no alcohol present. Taste is surprising easy tarty sugary spicey, apple cider, no alcohol. Palate is fizzy CO2 with light body, then lasting fruity tarty finish. Refreshingly easy pour, while being able to drink more without sour face...

Bottle. Pours a clear pale yellow with a white ring and lots of bubbles. Sharp-sweet aroma of apples and yeast. Taste is crisp and sparkly, with lots of tart apples. Huge carbonation. Lingering crispy apple taste. Tasty and refreshing.

Bomber from Beer Run. Pours a very pale yellow color with a thin fizzy head that quickly disappears. Aroma of sweet apples with faint apples skins. All sweet. The taste is dry apples, pear, some graininess, sweet finish and a faint tinny, almost tomato-y note. Thin-medium bodied. Meh.

Bottle. Pours super light, almost clear. Pretty much no aroma. The taste is crisp with some apple cider, but kinda bland. Not even close to something like woodchuck. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
