COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Julian Hard Cider recipe originates from 1670 colonial America and is comparable to the finest British ciders. Unlike many “impostor” hard ciders on the market, it is easy to have more than one pint of Julian Hard Cider as we do not use concentrated apple Juice or additives which leave the drinker with a lingering sugary film and after-taste. Why is Julian Hard Cider the choice of true cider lovers? We have only one ingredient… the freshest apples in the world! Our cider is lightly carbonated with tartness, acidity and a clean dry finish, enabling it to stand firmly on its own or compliment your favorite meal. At Julian Hard Cider, we invite EVERYONE to put our hard cider alongside the best in the world, as we painstakingly strive to build our fan base one drinker at a time.

Bottle shared at the lake with my wife. Very pale, nearly clear, brisk carbo. Aroma and flavour is of tart apples, no real spice or yeast character, but saved from mediocrity by medium sweetness and tartness and a nice dry finish. Just okay.

Bottle.
Pours a weak yellow with a nose of watery apple and pear and a touch of syrup. Flavor is apple with watery apple flakes in water. Reminds me of the store-brand apple cereal. Average feel on the tongue. Meh.

Draft at Churchill with Linh. Pours a clear yellow, nearly white water body. Aroma is apple cinnamon and light crust. Mouthfeel is thin with notes of apple crisp.

Straight apple nose. Color is curiously absent, clear and virtually colorless save for a slight tinge of yellow. Bone dry with a slight acetic quality and little apple character. Most importantly, little flavor! Just because it is sold in 22oz. bottles, don’t believe for a minute this is "premium" quality cider. It is not. Dry, yes. Good, no.

22oz bomber, no date from Olive Tree Market for $6.99. Wow, is that light. I’ve drank water less clear and white than this--just the slightest tinge of yellow, if you could even call it that. Spritzy white head was tiny and completely gone after a few seconds. Smells like tart apples. Tastes like tart apples, minimal sweetness. Dry tart finish. Moderately high prickly carbonation with a light to medium body. Pretty one-dimensional, but thankfully not sweet. I’d rather have a 12oz than a whole friggin’ 22ozer. I don’t need this much cider. I prefer the town’s pie.

bottle from knightly. super pale blush yellow beige like cheap white wine. apply aroma is dry and also reminiscent of chardonnay and granny smith. the little bit of effervescence livens up the palate and body. finishes with a toasted wood note. crab apple and granny smith, slight astringency. lacking complexity but nicely refreshing and dry. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Riduculously pale, it looks like water. Not much aroma, a little bit of apple. Tart and refreshing and note a ton of character but it hits a pocket of dry and refreshing that works in warm weather.

Bottle shared with my lovely wife. Pours a clear light straw color with a small white head that ranges around the edges and sticks around for a while. Soft apples on the nose, a touch vinous. Medium bodied, sweet but empty. Not a lot going on here, a touch of apple and a lot of nothing else. A small bit of acid, a touch of sweetness and touch of yeast. Easy drinking but there’s not much else.

Strong apple aroma when opened. The cider is crystal clear, very light coloring. The flavor is a tart apple with a little bit of a lemon twang.

its too dry and has a very weak aroma and the appearance is non-existence. its crisp and refreshing without any harshness, still its flavorless.
