3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Wittales (440) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - NOV 11, 2012Appearance was clear light gold with streaming bubbles, no head or lacing. Aromas are simple sweet tarty apple, hints of spices with no alcohol present. Taste is surprising easy tarty sugary spicey, apple cider, no alcohol. Palate is fizzy CO2 with light body, then lasting fruity tarty finish. Refreshingly easy pour, while being able to drink more without sour face...
3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 17/20 Slubgob (98) - West Hartford, USA - MAY 24, 2013
Bomber into water glass. Very pale almost like watered down ginger ale. Granny Smith nose. In the mouth quite dry. Apple flavor as expected, without a lot of sugar. Finishes short and a bit tannic. Not the most complex of ciders, but I really like that it?s not sweetened. Farnaum (sp?) Hill is better, but not distributed where I am so this is probably the best I’m getting locally.

Run of the mill half hearted version of a hard cider. Strong acid and tartness.

This bottle has been kicking around my fridge for three years. Pours a clear, light yellow. Aroma is light, dry apple with slight tart. Taste is apple with a dry, champagne-type alcohol flavor and dry tart. Clean mouthfeel. Seems okay but I’ve not had too many ciders.

Pale yellow, ring of head, rather flat looking. Nose is quite aged sour apple with a strong woody quality and the flavor follows through on this with consistency. Sour green appple finish.

1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 2/20 Underdogs88 (6) - New Jersey, USA - NOV 25, 2012 does not count
Aroma: Little apple aroma on the nose.
Appearance: Almost clear. A slight tinge of pale yellow.
Taste: Very sweet with little apple taste. Very watery.
Palate: Very watery.
Overall: Would not buy again. Lacking the complexity of craft cider.

Bottle shared by shigadeyo. Pours a clear pale yellow color with a few small soapy bubbles. The aroma and flavor were sweet candy like apples with a splash of pear. Perhaps a faint hint of wood. Pretty thin. Definitely not my thing.

Bottle. Pours a clear pale yellow with a white ring and lots of bubbles. Sharp-sweet aroma of apples and yeast. Taste is crisp and sparkly, with lots of tart apples. Huge carbonation. Lingering crispy apple taste. Tasty and refreshing.
