Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Slightly hazy golden with a creamy off-white head. Sweet yeasty aroma. Thin and watery, dominated by yeast, no real malt feel. Strange salinity. 031009

Bottle. Banana, clove and wheat malt aroma. Hazy yellow-tan color with giant head. Lemon, light banana and wheat malt flavor. Light body. Decent for a NA weizen.

It’s hazy, warm golden with a huge, white, creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of mash, wheat and light yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, mash, light yeast/spice and the finish is slightly dry. It’s one of the better alcohol-free weiss beers.

Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, vegetable, cardboard, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is light to moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20091003]

German Ulfborg tasting 09. Bottle. Pours clear pale piss yellow with a frothy white head. Sour and tart. Corn and grain. Watery.

Slightly hazy golden with a firm white head. Cookie and banana aroma. Dry and thin fruity flavour with a quite sour finish

Biggish white shiny head. Deep yellow hazy body with carbonation. Chalky faintly bananaish aroma with rubbery notes. Dry watery rubbery papery taste with faint banana notes. Light acidity. Same aftertaste. Not a success: too watery and too empty. No real off tastes, though. (0.5l bottle, Thüringer Hof, Leipzig.)
