Flavor is more molasses like sweet maltiness with some nutty/chocolate flavors as well as some chocolate covered banana. I thoroughly enjoy good dunkels and this is no exception. Taste is wheaty and fruity with some minor chocolate notes coming through in the end. A slight bitterness in the middle as well. This is a new style to me, so it took me a few sips to get used to it, but I do rather enjoy it. Has some undertones of malts, cherries, cloves, and molasses. Taste is full of yeast and some sweeter notes. Leaves a pleasant yeasty aftertaste.
