Huge head over CLOUDY weizen. Pale. Nose of banana and desert. The alcohol was present in the taste. Yet this was incredibly drinkable. Its bitterness increased through the end.

16.9oz bottle (Old Notes)-Pours a murky yellowish orange with a decent sized white head. Aroma of banana, coriander, lemon, and wheat. Taste of the same. This light bodied Hefe is damn good.

Very hazy yellow with a big fluffy white head and great lacing. Aroma is classic with banana, bubblegum and a wheat tang. Taste wheat and light clove mid palate and finishes with a nice banana flavor and a bit of lemon tartness. Finishes semi dry. Mouthfeel is very creamy with medium mouthfeel but high carbonation makes it feel lighter. Very nice Hefe-Weiss with rounded flavors that represent the style perfectly. Great to drink in summer. Would definitely try again.

Bottle: Huge, vanilla head over cloudy gold. Orange, banana, peach aroma....cloves. Taste is sweet, fruity, banana, peach.... Mild spicing. Nicely done, not to sweet, or too tangy. Very easy drinking and tasty.

Aroma: Bubblegum yeastiness dominates with some light citrus and banana notes. Clove is muted. Appearance: Hazy light gold pour with a solid white head. Flavor: A bit more clove than the nose; citrusy and pleasant. Bubblegum comes in toward the finish. Palate: Light body, sticky texture, soft carbonation, abrupt finish. Overall: A subtle, delicate Hefeweizen.

Bottle. Cloudy honey-golden color with a nice big white head, a bit creamy. Pleasant wheaty aroma with lots banana, bread and light clove notes. Sweetish fruity flavor, wheaty and estery, with mild tartness, a bit citric, a bit of bread and a finish with a mild spicy note, a bit drier. Medium-bodied, fluffy mouthfeel. A good, quaffable, Weissbier.
