Bottle. At Ryan’s in nc. Poured a cloudy golden yellowish color. Slight lemon grass notes. Light sweetness. Average carbonation. Light bodied. Smooth beer.

Pours a hazy yellow on tap with fluffy white head that dissipates to leave good lacing. Aroma is typical, German yeast and what and the esters associated there in. Taste follows, slight lemon and grass. Clean and crisp, ready to drink; solid summer beer.

Light yellow, little but if orange. Enjoying beside hacker-pschorr. Extremely similar.
Stickey, nice flavor. Maybe a little lighter. Banana is strongly present. Nice mouthful

Aromas of banana, clove, tangerine, and subtle corn. Hazy orange with a fully lasting, white head. Dry, somewhat fruity, and with some cereal flavor. Light, smooth, creamy, refreshingly carbonated, and finishes quickly and cleanly.

Bottle, shared with Parksy. Cloudy dark gold with a thick clingy meringue for a head. Yeasty wheat, light banana, light clove, light lemon. Slightly tart finish. Solid, but I bet it is much better fresh.

Draught at Schonborn Cafe Bar, Wurtzburg, Germany. Poured a cloudy yellow gold colour with a one- to two-finger white foamy head that slowly diminished and laced well. High carbonation with small bubbles forming trails. Aroma subtly of yeast and a trace of cloves. Taste dominated by cloves and has very limited bitterness. Light body. Typical hefe-weissen.

Dégustée en fût au Farmhouse Tap & Grill à Burlington. De couleur jaune et opaque. Nez de levures fruitées (agrumes, moyen de bananes) aux faibles notes épicées (clou de girofle), de blé, léger de houblon herbeux avec des notes de pain frais. Moyenne-mince en bouche avec un pétillement moyen ainsi qu’une texture aux notes crémeuses. Goût de levures fruitées aux petites notes acides (agrumes, léger de bananes) avec quelques traces épicées (poivre doux, clou de girofle) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un goût de blé avec un léger goût de pain frais puis en finale l’on retrouve une légère amertume de houblon herbeux. Post-goût moyen, légèrement amer de houblon herbeux avec un goût de levures fruitées (zeste d’agrumes) et des notes de blé. (3 avril 2013)

Bottle, pours cloudy yellow, aroma was bananas. The tastes a little stale and not much life, pretty sure our bottle was old, I will give it another chance down the road

Bottle purchased in Chester, NY.
Pours with a thick fluffy head, excellent retention, minor lacing. Hazy dark amber, abundant carbonation. Aroma of malt and spices evident but not overwhelming. Taste is rather malty with some fruity spices. Very pleasant, excellent on a winter night. Smooth finish. A little chalky mouth-feel though. Fairly drinkable for this type of beer.
